Respublika!‘s main organiser is NeMe.
The festival and exhibition is curated by Nico Carpentier. The curatorial assistant is Olga Yegorova. The conference secretariat consists out of Orestis Tringides and Hazal Yolga. The selection committee is comprised by Helene Black (NeMe), Hazal Yolga (CCMC) and Nico Carpentier (VUB / Uppsala / Curator). Volunteers are (in alphabetical order): Maria Alexandrou, Efstathios Efstathiou, Hayal Gezer, Davita Günbay and Froso Nikolaou.

The NeMe websites including all sub-domains in neme.org automatically recognize the ip address, the browser version and platform and the referral page of most visitors, but not the e-mail address. It provides data about what users do on the site, but not who they are.
- We collect those for statistical purposes and as such a list of top referrers is maintained.
- In the case of spam referrers we ban both the IP and the website using server side rules.
- The e-mail addresses of those who wish to communicate with us are deleted unless their email requires an answer.
- The information we collect is only used to improve the content of this web site and is then discarded.

The names and emails of those who subscribe to our newsletter are kept in a database and unsubscribe instructions are sent in every email we post from the NeMe sites. There is a simple process for those who wish to unsubscribe and all their records are deleted should they do that.

NeMe which includes www.neme.org, news.neme.org, respublika.neme.org, and forum.neme.org is authored using customised open source software. We use punBB for the forum and the wonderfully versatile Textpattern CMS is used for the rest.
